Overtime, some populations of Branching Piss Tree would become even taller to gain more access to sunlight, which resulted in them developing even more lobes on their branches. This would lead to them giving rise to the Tinklewood, which had also developed a larger root system for more support. The species is still pretty similar to their ancestor in many ways such as their thick pisswood that helps to deter green pissbugs and certain Borebore species and even the strong immune system to fend off parasites. They also still breed by releasing clouds of spores from their branches at the top of their trunk, which results in a yellow mist that can cover the whole canopy in certain areas. Due to being so similar to their ancestor the Branching Piss Tree, the Tinklewood is occasionally known to form hybrids though these usually do not survive long.
