Leafwing Goldy

From 2speccers2tools wiki

Some populations of Manta Goldy decided hunting cells was not worth it, focusing entirely on photosynthesizing with their wings instead. The Leafwing Goldy's wings have developed small serrations, which provide more surface area for photosynthesis without just scaling the wings up which is less efficient. The little nub at the back end of the cell has widened and helps with steering, since they need to sometimes make sharp turns to avoid predators. They are still gold in coloration.
