With competition being pretty much nonexistent in the waters around HRI, it was a matter of time before wigglers would begin to diversify more and more. This would result in the evolution of the Grazing Wiggeel, which has become the largest species of wiggler to have yet evolved. These giants of their kind spend most of their time grazing on the ever-abundant radiomolds that are ever-prevalent in the region alongside the highly abundant Screengrass and other radiation-feeding microbes. The spines on their segments have become even more reduced compared to their ancestors, due to the only predators in the area being Dual-Eyed Wigglers(who grow only up to 4 centimeters long in the region). Much like their ancestors, the Grazing Wiggeel is fully multicellular, with the tendrils on their first segment helping to bring bits of food into their mouths while their row of simple eyes allows them to navigate their environment. Similarly to their ancestors, the Grazing Wiggeel produces high amounts of background radiation, though its nothing to write home about in its local ecosystem since almost everything there is radioactive anyways.

The Grazing Wiggeel still releases gametes into the water, which then get fertilized by the gametes of other individuals and then become new Grazing Wiggeels. These youngsters are more vulnerable to the Dual-Eyed Wigglers, but their usage of spite is usually enough to deter them, although a few species of Dual-Eyed Wigglers have developed an immunity and thus prey on the youngsters, which helps maintain the Grazing Wiggeels population.
