Canareater

From 2speccers2tools wiki

Some populations of Radon stopped hunting prey from the oceans and shifted towards hunting small prey on Dingus, primarily stuff such as male Canarflora. Since their prey is relatively small or unable to really escape, they shrank down so they did not need as much energy and better maneuver in the canopy. This group of Radons would eventually become a new species, known as the Canareaters, who uses its powerful beak to kill its prey and as such has a reduced radioactive organ. The radioactive organ is only useful to defend itself from larger predators such as Radons and Monkeas. The Canareater still has a mostly internalized exoskeleton to help support muscles and not restrict movement. The hind limbs and tail still act as a hand, which helps them hold onto foliage or rocks to rest in a similar fashion to a bat though they can also use their hands to grab onto flora and rocks when the Canareater wants to move around.
